Go Fractional is seeking a highly skilled Technical Contract Recruiter to identify, evaluate, and place top engineering talent on contract-to-hire terms. You will manage end-to-end recruiting, candidate sourcing, and collaborate with founders to align hiring with business goals.

The role emphasizes rapid sourcing, thorough screening of software engineers and ML engineers, effective offer negotiation, and pipeline development for recurring roles.

Formación

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience at a well-established tech company or startup.
• Proven success sourcing, screening, and placing technical professionals in contract or project-based roles.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, candidate databases, and online sourcing platforms.
• Excellent candidate assessment, interviewing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: manage end-to-end process from intake to placement.
• Technical Talent Sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networks.
• Recruit for software engineers, ML engineers, and related roles.
• Candidate Assessment via phone and video screenings to evaluate experience and fit.
• Hiring Manager Partnership to define requirements and provide pipeline updates.
• Pipeline Management to maintain talent pools for recurring roles.
• Interview Coordination including scheduling and candidate prep.
• Offer Management and Closing within compensation parameters.
• Recruiting Metrics: track submissions, interviews, placements, and time-to-fill.
• Market Intelligence on skill demand and compensation trends.
