Job summary

TrackerWay is seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner for a fixed-term contract (1–2 years) in the United States. This role centers on recruitment, owning the full cycle from posting ads to interviewing and building pipelines, in close collaboration with hiring managers.

You will drive process improvements, contribute to recruitment strategies, and analyze data to inform decisions. Excellent English and strong teamwork are essential in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Talent Acquisition or similar full-cycle recruitment.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting ads to interviewing candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs and guide recruitment strategy.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and share insights to boost speed and candidate experience.
• Align recruitment efforts with company growth goals and TA metrics.
• Track and analyze recruitment data to support data-driven decisions.
