TalentoHC is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our fast-growing consumer goods partner on a part-time W2 basis. This fully remote 3-month engagement will own full-cycle recruiting across corporate functions including brand marketing, product, finance, and operations, while supporting production and manufacturing hiring as needed.

You'll partner with hiring managers as a trusted talent advisor, manage a diverse req load, deliver a strong candidate experience from first touchpoint through start

Formación

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; consumer goods or manufacturing/facility recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
• Greenhouse ATS experience required.
• Ability to recruit across diverse functions - from corporate roles to production and manufacturing.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Available to work 20-30hours per week with flexibility depending on business needs.
• Must be available during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across corporate functions including brand marketing, product, finance, and operations.
• Partner with hiring managers as a trusted talent advisor, navigating multiple stakeholders and personalities in a fast-paced environment.
• Source and screen both active and passive candidates across all levels.
• Coordinate interviews, extend offers, and manage candidate communications end-to-end.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Greenhouse ATS.
• Support the broader TA team with sourcing and pipeline building as needed.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience from first touchpoint through start date.
