Go Fractional seeks an experienced Senior Recruiter on a six-month contract to partner with hiring managers, lead full-cycle recruiting, and shape talent strategies across sales, marketing, and related roles. The role offers independence, stakeholder collaboration, and high-impact hiring initiatives.

The successful candidate will support internal mobility, maintain compliant recruiting practices, and build pipelines for current and future needs while navigating competitive markets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Five or more years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven success managing complex, full-cycle recruitment activities across multiple positions and business groups.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and hiring plans for open positions.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer development, and onboarding coordination.
• Identify and engage top talent through sourcing, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Advise hiring managers on candidate evaluation, selection decisions, and market insights.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs in sales and marketing.
