Job summary

Silverstar Car Wash seeks a Recruiting, Development, & Retention Manager to own the employee lifecycle across wash locations. This field-based role leads hiring site leadership, builds the hourly hiring engine, develops site teams, and drives retention to keep top talent.

The position is on-site with an expectation of four days per week in the field, and candidates should reside near the assigned territory. You will coach leaders and align staffing with labor plans.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in recruiting, human resources, or multi-unit operations, ideally in a high-volume hourly environment.
• Experience coaching frontline supervisors; working knowledge of employment law fundamentals (at-will employment, wage and hour, and non-discrimination).
• ATS and HRIS proficiency, Paylocity preferred; valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: own end-to-end recruitment across locations and partner with leadership on interviewing and hiring.
• Development: deliver on-site onboarding and coaching on interviewing, onboarding, scheduling, and performance conversations.
