Job summary

Mojo is seeking a Recruitment, Development & Retention Manager to own the employee lifecycle across assigned wash locations. This on-site, field-based role partners with General Managers to recruit hourly and site-leadership talent, deliver onboarding, and coach leaders to build strong site teams.

This position emphasizes retention and engagement, conducting stay and exit interviews, and analyzing turnover data to drive staffing health and performance.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in recruiting or HR or multi-unit operations.
• Experience coaching frontline supervisors.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for hourly and site-leadership roles across locations; partner with GMs.
• Deliver on-site onboarding and coaching on interviewing and onboarding processes.
• Surface and resolve concerns to reduce turnover; stay/exit interviews.
• Track recruiting and retention metrics and report to leadership; support staffing health.
