Job summary

Mojo seeks a Recruiting, Development & Retention Manager to own the employee lifecycle across assigned wash locations, including hiring, onboarding, and retention initiatives. You will coach site leaders, build local hiring pipelines, and partner with operations to meet staffing and engagement goals.

The role requires on‑site presence across the territory, with four days per week on site and flexibility for events and shifts. This is a hands-on, field-based leadership position.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in recruiting, HR, or multi‑unit operations.
• Experience coaching frontline supervisors and knowledge of employment law fundamentals.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel the territory.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hourly and site‑leadership recruitment across locations.
• Deliver on-site onboarding and coach leaders on interviewing and scheduling.
• Lead stay and exit interviews, addressing retention at 30/60/90 days.
• Track metrics and report turnover, time-to-fill, and staffing health.
