Job summary

MOJO Family of Brands seeks a Recruitment, Development & Retention Manager to own the employee lifecycle across wash locations. You will recruit hourly and site-leadership roles, partner with GMs, and build a local hiring engine to minimize vacancies.

You will lead onboarding, coaching, and retention initiatives, conduct stay/exit interviews, and drive engagement with leadership teams. On-site presence across the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in recruiting, human resources, or multi-unit operations.
• Experience coaching frontline supervisors.
• ATS and HRIS proficiency, Paylocity preferred; valid driver’s license and ability to travel the territory.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment of hourly and site-leadership roles across locations.
• Deliver on-site onboarding and orientation and coach site leaders.
• Lead retention initiatives and stay/exit interviews; collaborate on recognition and engagement.
• Track recruiting, onboarding, training, and retention metrics and report health to leadership.
