Job summary

Mojo is seeking a Recruitment, Development, & Retention Manager to lead field-based hiring, onboarding, and retention across assigned car wash locations. You will partner with site leadership to build a local sourcing pipeline, manage end-to-end recruitment, and drive on-site development and engagement initiatives.

Must be on-site with four days per week in the territory; travel between sites is expected. This role reports to regional operations leadership and focuses on reducing turnover,

Qualifications

• Three or more years in recruiting, human resources, or multi-unit operations in a high-volume hourly environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: own end-to-end recruitment of hourly and site-leadership roles across locations; build local sourcing pipelines.
• Development: deliver on-site onboarding and coaching for GMs and leadership; help identify high-potential team members.
• Retention and Engagement: surface and resolve concerns; conduct stay and exit interviews; support recognition and engagement initiatives.
• Analytics and Collaboration: track turnover and staffing metrics; coordinate with regional leaders and site teams.
