Advanced Ear, Nose, Throat and Allergy is seeking an on-site surgery scheduler in North Atlanta to support 4 ENT physicians. The role covers verification of benefits, authorizations, scheduling with facilities or in-office, coordinating with vendors, deposits, and pre/post-op visits.

The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and experience handling multiple stakeholders including patients, facilities, and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Verify insurance benefits.
• Obtain insurance authorizations.
• Schedule procedures and pre/post-op visits.
• Collect surgery deposits per benefits.
• Coordinate with facilities and vendors.
• Maintain clear communication among staff, patients, and surgeons.
• Prepare pre-op facesheets.
• Answer patient calls promptly.
