Qualifications

• Minimum three years experience in project coordination or related roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and customer-facing communication.
• Experience with KPI tracking, reporting, or leadership-ready updates is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer scorecards, KPIs, service plans, business reviews, and action plans for assigned strategic accounts.
• Consolidate information from Customer Success, Sales, Operations, Logistics, Brokerage, Rail, Pricing, and Analytics; track commitments, risks, decisions, owners, deadlines, and follow-up items.
• Prepare accurate, concise, decision-ready updates, reports, and PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership.
• Provide administrative support, including KPI tracking, reporting, presentation preparation, meeting coordination, and related follow-up.
• Support account implementations, new freight awards, service recovery, retention, and growth opportunities.
