Stevens Transport, Inc. is seeking a Customer Account Management Coordinator in Dallas to support sales and customer service teams. You will assign shipment details to drivers, track freight, and resolve delivery issues while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service experience, excellent communication, and strong Excel and data-entry skills. Prior logistics or transportation knowledge is a plus in this deadline-driven environment.

Qualificações

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (will be tested).
• Extremely organized, proficient and accurate data entry skills.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Transportation or supply chain background preferred.
• Some familiarity with AS/400 operating system preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, quickly process information for a deadline-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Communicating internally and externally with customers.
• Booking loads and entering orders from customers.
• Assigning details to shipments so they can be assigned to drivers.
• Scheduling pick-up and delivery appointments for outbound shipments.
• Tracking and tracing shipments, monitoring freight in transit, fielding customer location requests for appointments, and assisting internal customers with resolving scheduling conflicts with loads.
• Heavy data entry and reporting; compiling spreadsheet reports and heavy data input.
• Receiving and cross-referencing driver bills of lading for accurate documentation and payroll.
• Researching proofs of delivery.
