Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer scorecards, KPIs, service plans, business reviews, and action plans for assigned strategic accounts.
• Consolidate information from multiple departments and analytics teams.
• Track commitments, risks, deadlines, and follow-up items through completion.
• Coordinate customer escalations and support issues through resolution and closure.
• Support account implementations, new freight awards, service recovery, retention, and growth opportunities.
• Prepare concise, decision-ready updates and PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership.
• Provide administrative support including KPI tracking, reporting, and meeting coordination.
• Support customer relationship-building and respond promptly to time-sensitive needs.
