Job summary

AtWork Personnel is seeking a motivated On-Site Manager to oversee our temporary workforce at a busy packaging facility. This role focuses on staffing, onboarding, and coordinating with the client to meet staffing goals while delivering excellent service.

The successful candidate will bring experience in staffing or HR, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reliable transportation are valued assets.

• Experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, manufacturing, or supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact between AtWork Personnel, client, and employees.
• Manage daily staffing needs, including check-in, attendance, and scheduling.
• Recruit, interview, onboarding, and orient new associates.
• Monitor employee performance and address attendance, coaching, and disciplinary matters as needed.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure a safe work environment by promoting and enforcing company and client safety policies.
• Build strong working relationships with client management to ensure staffing goals are met.
• Respond quickly to staffing challenges and provide effective solutions.
