EmployBridge, LLC is seeking an Onsite Staffing Manager to supervise personnel at the client site, ensuring timely, accurate delivery of goods and services. You will coach staff, manage performance, and build strong client relationships while coordinating recruitment and payroll processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role with multi-level client communication.
• HR and data management experience.
• Demonstrated success leading a team or process.
• Ability to use operational software and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate staffing needs and develop value-added services.
• Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Maintain timekeeping; ensure payroll and invoicing accuracy.
• Provide productivity and headcount reports on request.
• Manage employee relations including coaching and reviews.
• Conduct onsite orientation and safety training.
• Handle workers’ compensation incident reporting.
• Participate in service reviews at the client site.
• Liaise between branch and client.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships.
• Other duties as assigned.
