Qualifications

• Experience managing 100+ employees in a metric-driven environment.
• Background in Human Resources or Business.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships at all levels of the customer's organization and deliver exceptional service by handling inquiries and recruiting.
• Coordinate and forecast staffing requirements with the customer's team.
• Facilitate new hire orientations and pre-training for employees.
• Perform quality control to ensure customer satisfaction across all levels.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports and communicate findings to the customer for improvement.
