Job summary

Grace and Faye Consulting LLC seeks an experienced Onsite Staffing Operations Manager to oversee workforce operations at a Kentucky facility. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and employee relations, serving as the liaison between the client, facility leadership, and staff.

You'll lead staffing strategy, performance reviews, and coaching to meet productivity and engagement goals, with schedule flexibility including occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing and/or logistics operational experience.
• 1-3 years of operations experience in a manufacturing or distribution center environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support open requisitions, including candidate qualification and placement
• Coordinate new hire orientation and support timely, effective onboarding (backgrounds, drug screens, etc.)
• Manage active headcount and support payroll hours submission
• Assist with employee terminations as needed
• Serve as the main point of contact for hiring managers, client HR, and employees
• Partner with client managers to solve recruiting and retention challenges
• Evaluate and adjust staffing strategy and plans
• Provide coaching, counseling, and mentoring to onsite staff
• Conduct performance reviews and track attendance
• Manage employee relations investigations, including documentation and guidance
• Other duties as assigned

Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Onsite Staffing Operations Manager to oversee workforce operations at a facility. Reporting to the Director, this role manages the full employee lifecycle on‑site — from recruiting and onboarding through employee relations, workforce planning, and retention. You'll serve as the primary liaison between our client's organization, facility leadership, and the onsite facility workforce, ensuring staffing goals, productivity targets, and employee engagement objectives are consistently met.

What You'll Do:
