ManpowerGroup is seeking an On-Site Supervisor to support the Onsite Manager in delivering our service model at client locations. You will ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, engage with talent and clients, and uphold safety and compliance standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the OnSite Manager, talent, and leadership to address challenges and optimize service delivery, reporting, and client satisfaction on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in staffing, human resources, or a client-facing operational role.
• Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in staffing or service delivery.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with MS Office, SharePoint, Outlook and workforce management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Onsite Manager to ensure seamless site operations and compliance.
• Lead in talent engagement, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Prepare client and talent reports, maintain data accuracy, and drive site safety.
