Job summary

ES Management Group Inc. is seeking a staffing professional to support clients with staffing and account management across a dynamic portfolio of accounts.

You will manage 60 to 100+ temporary employees, execute full cycle recruiting, and participate in staffing-related activities and cross-functional projects. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and familiarity with end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3+ years of practical work experience within the staffing industry.
• Ability to be goal- and detail-oriented, persistent, and motivated; handle stressful situations and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; teamwork experience.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.
• Experience mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources.
• Vendor management experience with search firms and job boards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data mining / Internet research.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts ranging from 60 to 100+ temporary employees.
• Full cycle recruiting to meet staffing goals.
• Engage in staffing-related activities and cross-functional projects.
• Fill Job Orders and track assignments.
• Payroll processing and auditing daily punches for associates.
• Run daily/weekly/monthly reports as requested by client or corporate.
• Coordinate safety meetings and PPE compliance.
• Travel to other client sites for support when needed.
