Job summary

ES Management Group Inc. is seeking a staffing-focused professional to support client accounts and drive the full recruitment cycle.

You will manage a large pool of temporary staff, coordinate payroll and attendance, and ensure timely fulfillment of job orders across multiple shifts. The role requires strong sourcing, interpersonal, and project coordination skills, with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruiting processes and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimal 3+ years of practical work experience within the staffing industry.
• Ability to be goal- and detail-oriented, persistent, and motivated, with initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented.
• Clear understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.
• Experience mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources.
• Strong vendor management related to recruitment activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; data mining and internet research.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with staffing and managing the account.
• Manage accounts ranging from 60 to 100+ temporary employees.
• Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals.
• Participate in staffing-related activities and cross-functional projects.
• Fill Job Orders effectively and track all assignments.
• Follow up with hiring managers and candidates to ensure timely recruitment.
• Develop and maintain career opportunities.
• Track and report key staffing metrics.
• Maintain an availability list for onsite accounts.
• Process payroll and audit daily punches for associates.
• Run reports daily/weekly/monthly as requested by client or Corporate.
• Coordinate safety meetings and assist with safety initiatives.
• Check-in new starts at onsite locations and ensure PPE compliance.
• Conduct associate check-ins and ensure time clocks are accurate.
