ES Management Group Inc in Atlanta is seeking a bilingual On-Site Coordinator & Recruiter to support client staffing needs, manage accounts, and coordinate the full recruiting cycle for 60 to 100+ temporary employees across shifts.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, perform candidate sourcing, conduct check-ins, and track performance metrics while ensuring safety and compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of practical work experience within the staffing industry.
• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.
• Experience mapping and sourcing resumes from multiple sources.
• Strong vendor management skills related to recruitment activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts ranging from 60 to 100+ temporary employees.
• Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals.
• Participate in staffing-related activities and cross-functional projects.
• Track and report key metrics for staffing activity.
• Maintain an availability list for onsite accounts.
• Process payroll and audit daily punches for associates.
• Run reports daily/weekly/monthly as requested by client or corporate.
• Walk facility to ensure safety and PPE compliance.
• Travel to other clients for support when needed.
