SOLV Energy seeks a Solar Superintendent to lead planning and execution of solar construction operations on a full‑time jobsite in Cleburne, TX. You will coordinate crews, subcontractors, and equipment while ensuring safety and alignment with project specifications.

The role requires strong geotechnical understanding, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with engineering teams to optimize foundation designs and schedules. OSHA safety practices are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED plus 4 years of related experience.
• Union-related experience is a plus.
• Must be proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, and oversee solar construction operations for projects, ensuring safety regulations and project specs are met.
• Lead solar construction crews, equipment, and subcontractors to meet goals and deadlines.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret geotechnical data and optimize foundation designs.
• Develop solar construction schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Conduct site inspections to assess soil conditions, drilling progress, and quality control.
• Enforce safety protocols with regular safety meetings and training.
