SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Solar Superintendent to lead construction operations for utility-scale solar projects. You will oversee drilling and foundation activities, manage crews and subcontractors, and collaborate with engineering to optimize foundation designs on site in the U.S.

safety standards, budgets, and schedules. Must have geotechnical knowledge, strong project management skills, and familiarity with OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED plus 4 years of related experience.
• Union related experience is a plus.
• Must be proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Relevant experience in foundation drilling and construction project management may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Enforce safety culture on-site and ensure adherence to regulations.
• Maintain high construction quality standards and ensure work meets specs.
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, and oversee solar construction operations, ensuring safety and specs.
• Lead crews, equipment, and subcontractors to meet goals and deadlines.
• Collaborate with engineering to interpret geotechnical data and optimize designs.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans; monitor progress.
• Conduct site inspections of soil, drilling progress, and QC.
• Enforce safety protocols; lead regular safety meetings.
• Maintain equipment and order supplies to support drilling operations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare reports and project updates for stakeholders.
• Manage a crew to complete work on time and within budget.
