SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Pile Install Superintendent for SDI Services on a Sullivan, IN site.

You will oversee solar construction operations, manage crews and subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality on schedule and within budget. Applicants should have a strong background in geotechnical engineering, project management, and drilling operations, with proficiency in MS Office and construction plans interpretation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 4 years of related experience.
• Union related experience is a plus.
• Must be proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Deep understanding of geotechnical engineering principles and soil mechanics.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee solar construction operations.
• Lead crews, equipment, and subcontractors to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with engineering to interpret geotechnical data and optimize designs.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Maintain safety protocols and lead safety meetings.
• Prepare reports and project updates for stakeholders.
