SOLV Energy is seeking a Solar Superintendent to oversee site planning and execution of solar construction projects in Sullivan, IN. You will coordinate crews, equipment, and subcontractors to meet safety standards and project timelines.

Lead efforts with engineering teams to interpret geotechnical data, select drilling methods, and optimize foundation designs while driving cost control and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of geotechnical engineering principles and soil mechanics.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource management.
• Knowledge of drilling equipment, tools, and maintenance procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
