SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Solar Superintendent to lead and oversee solar construction operations on a full-time basis at our Cleburne, TX site.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of geotechnical engineering principles and soil mechanics.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource management.
• Knowledge of drilling equipment, tools, and maintenance procedures.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a dynamic construction environment.
• Grouting knowledge or experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee solar construction operations for projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Manage and lead solar construction crews, equipment, and subcontractors to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret geotechnical data, select drilling methods, and optimize foundation designs.
• Develop solar construction schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary.
• Conduct site inspections to assess soil conditions, drilling progress, and quality control.
• Maintain equipment, order supplies, and manage inventory for drilling operations.
• Prepare reports and updates for stakeholders and management.
• Lead and manage foundation drilling projects from start to finish to meet timelines and budgets.
