Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to support Beacon 85 in Lakewood, CO. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain building systems, assist with make-readies, and ensure safety standards across the property.

The role involves inventory control, vendor coordination, and timely documentation of work performed. The position requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver's license, and flexibility for on-call hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certification required for technicians.
• State and local certifications as required for service techs.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per safety standards.
• Prepare vacant units and create punch lists for contractors.
• Track inventory, procure supplies, and notify re-ordering needs.
• Document work, safety training, and inspections in records.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and perform general cleaning.

Education

EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certification

Valid driver’s license
