Job summary

Grainger Onsite Services is seeking an organized professional to service multiple customer locations in Colorado. You will receive and stock products, manage inventories, and use routing software to optimize delivery routes while collaborating with sales partners to grow accounts.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in selling or service, strong problem-solving and collaboration skills, and hold a valid driver's license with automobile insurance.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in selling or service environment.
• Ability to lift 25 to 60 lbs and/or work in difficult positions.
• Collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle different technical and operational issues.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Service multiple customer locations.
• Receive and stock purchased product in designated customer locations.
• Ensure product stocking levels by scanning for ordering purposes as inventory is depleted.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain and promote customer loyalty.
• Follow designated route defined by routing software tools and maintain route guides.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in productivity, process, and cycle time.
• Comply with safety and inspection requirements of the facility where the service is being provided.
• Help create new orders by engaging with customers to identify additional product needs.
• Probe for customer needs during site visits and work with sales partners to expand Grainger offerings.
• Manage customer inventory and provide outstanding customer service.
• Drive account growth through customers' inventory management (KeepStock) program.
• Work with partners to implement sales strategy and help customers understand Grainger's MRO solutions.
• Report to a Supervisor or Manager of Onsite Services.
