Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Duluth, GA is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor to manage client relationships and ensure the seamless delivery of payroll and tax-related services on-site at our Duluth office.

You will coordinate user setup and training for client-facing payroll platforms, drive client retention strategies, oversee payroll processing, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; PEO/ASO/HCM experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with payroll processing and client liaison.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned group of clients.
• Coordinate user set-up and training for payroll platforms.
• Facilitate retention strategies and liaise with internal teams.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy.
• Lead weekly POD team huddles and coach staff.
