Job summary

Edwards, a brand within the Atlas Copco Group, seeks an On-site Service Engineer Team Lead to supervise semi-routine preventive maintenance and lead a field service team at customer sites in Hillsboro, OR. The role emphasizes installation qualification, training, and proactive equipment care.

You will coordinate troubleshooting, escalation, and reporting while ensuring compliance with procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications

• AS degree or equivalent OR 4+ years' related technical experience
• 5 years related industry experience including training and competencies within the training plan for the position
• Experience with installations qualification issues and customer sites

Responsibilities

• Directs team daily operational activities and serves as single point of contact for installation qualification issues
• Establishes and audits local procedures to train Edwards and customer personnel
• Performs special projects at customer site under supervision from senior technical experts or project management
• Maintains records of repairs and maintenance and develops preventive maintenance schedules
• Assists with failure analysis by providing information on failure modes
• Submits information to Edwards technical department to drive equipment improvements
• Writes weekly/monthly activity reports for customer sites
• Works with Site Lead/Manager to ensure 7x24 escalation support
• Maintains punctual attendance and collaborates in a team environment
• Completes other duties as assigned
