Job summary

Edwards Company is seeking an On-site Service Engineer Team Lead to supervise a field service team performing preventive maintenance on complex equipment at customer sites. The role focuses on leadership, training, scheduling, and high-level customer interaction.

You will coordinate special projects, maintain service records, and drive continuous improvements with Edwards’ technical teams. This is an on-site role requiring strong organization and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• AS degree or equivalent in a technical field or 4+ years in related technical roles.
• 5 years related industry experience including completion of training and competencies for the position.
• Strong leadership and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily operational activities of the on-site team and serves as single point of contact for installation and qualification issues.
• Establishes procedures and training materials for Edwards and customer personnel.
• Performs special projects at customer site under supervision of senior staff or project management.
• Maintains maintenance records and develops preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimum equipment performance.
• Provides failure analysis information to support equipment improvements.
• Writes periodic activity reports for customer and regional management.
• Ensures 24/7 escalation support coordination with site leadership.
• Maintains punctual attendance and collaborates effectively in a team.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by supervision.
