Edwards, a division of Atlas Copco, seeks a Field Service Engineer 3 to lead installation, commissioning, maintenance and fault-finding of Edwards products onsite in Boise, ID. The role blends 50% field service and 50% supporting leadership with key accounts, emphasizing safety, quality, and strong customer satisfaction.

Expect to travel regionally, provide expert technical support, and train on-site teams while collaborating with service and operations managers to resolve complex issues

Qualifications

• University or formal qualification in a mechanical, electromechanical or electronics discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years field service experience with customer focus.
• Strong ability to install, commission, maintain and troubleshoot complex equipment.

Responsabilités

• Lead installation and commissioning of Edwards products.
• Perform complex troubleshooting and fault finding to meet contractual timeframes.
• Provide expert technical support and on-site training for service teams.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in all activities.
• Travel regionally and work at static sites as required.
