Job summary

Edwards Vacuum is seeking a Technical Team Lead to act as the equipment expert for the Intel site, delivering installation, upgrades, commissioning and troubleshooting of Edwards equipment with 7x12 on-site support.

You will lead installation, commissioning, maintenance and escalation activities, provide training to the on-site team, and collaborate with IKAT and local staff to ensure accurate parts, procedures and field input for CIP/NPIs.

Qualifications

AS degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field, or 4+ years of related technical experience.
5 years related industry experience with demonstrated product understanding.
Knowledge of electronic, mechanical, chemical, or gas in the semiconductor industry preferred.

Responsibilities

Support installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of Edwards equipment onsite.
Provide project engineering/management support for new proposals and upgrade programs.
Lead on-site technical meetings and train the on-site service team.
Provide feedback to IKAT Technical support group on equipment performance.
Develop local work instructions and procedures for installation and maintenance.
Ensure 7x24 escalation support with site manager.
