Job summary

Edwards Vacuum seeks an On-site Service Engineer Team Lead to supervise preventive maintenance and assist with field projects for semiconductor equipment at one of our major customer sites. You will manage a small team, ensure critical maintenance schedules are followed, and coordinate with Edwards’ technical departments for improvements.

Qualifications

• AS degree or equivalent in relevant technical field or 4+ years' related technical experience.
• 5 years related industry experience with training and competencies defined in the plan.
• Electronic, mechanical, chemical, or gas in the Semiconductor industry is preferred.
• Strong proven leadership skills.
• Excellent organization, prioritizing, multi-tasking and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs team daily operational activities and serves as single point of contact for Installation Qualification issues.
• Establishes and audits local operating procedures as training references for Edwards and customer personnel.
• Performs special projects at customer site with supervision as needed.
• Maintains records of repairs and maintenance and develops preventive maintenance schedules.
• Assists with failure analysis and provides information on modes of failure.
• Submits information to Edwards technical department to drive improvements.
• Writes weekly/monthly activity reports for customer/site management.
• Ensures 7x24 escalation support with Site Lead and Site Manager.
• Maintains punctual attendance and collaborates in a team environment.
• Accepts direction from supervisor and completes other duties as assigned.
