Motion Industries in Texas seeks an inside sales professional who, under limited supervision, develops and broadens relationships within customer organizations to fully understand needs and wants, and to ensure accurate, error-free transactions.

You will respond to inquiries, provide quotes, take orders by phone, fax, email or walk-in, maintain inventory levels for consignment customers, source products, negotiate pricing to maximize gross profit, and mentor junior staff as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with 5+ years related experience.
• Reliability, organization, and attention to detail required.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inquiries, provide quotes, and take orders by phone, fax, email, or walk-in.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels for consignment customers.
• Source products from branch, distribution center, or supplier inventory.
• Negotiate pricing to maximize gross profit within approved parameters.
• Promote Motion Industries’ products to existing customers and expedite backorders.
• Assist and mentor junior staff as needed.
