Motion Industries is seeking a Customer Service Representative II in Austin, TX to accurately determine and meet customer expectations. You will respond to inquiries, provide quotes, and process orders while supporting other reps as needed.

With 3–5 years of related experience and strong communication, you will influence gross profit through pricing decisions and build lasting customer relationships. The role emphasizes reliability, organization, and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years related experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time.
• Strong negotiation and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries, provides quotes, and handles order entry.
• Handle more challenging inquiries with experience.
• Place orders via telephone, fax, email, or walk-in.
• Negotiate sale and purchase prices within parameters to influence gross profit.
• Adjust non-contract pricing to meet customer demands while maximizing profit.
• Builds customer relationships to drive repeat business and improve processes.
• Maintain inventory levels and source products from various inventories.
• Determine cost-effective shipping methods for orders.
• Assist less experienced reps and resolve customer issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
