Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required, 0–3 years related experience.
• Experience with customer service and order processing preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Handles order entry and places orders via phone, email, or walk-ins.
• Negotiates sale and purchase prices within defined parameters to influence gross profit.
• Adjusts non-contract pricing based on competition while maximizing profit.
• Builds customer relationships to drive repeat business and improve processes.
• Ensures inventory levels are maintained and sources products from various inventories.
• Determines cost-effective shipping methods and collaborates with Account Representatives.
• Expedites backorders and prepares shipments; may handle returns.
