Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in transportation, logistics or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Able to travel to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve systems and procedures to resolve customer and carrier issues.
• Develop an understanding of the customer’s supply chain to identify improvement opportunities.
• Promote capabilities to sell additional services and grow the account.
• Develop and manage business relationships with key stakeholders.
• Assist the sales team in presenting services to potential customers.
• Support the start-up of new accounts with business plans.
• Conduct regular account performance reviews for stakeholder satisfaction.
• Serve as liaison between the customer and Schneider teams.
