Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking Production Supervisors for an established food manufacturer in Rocky Mount, NC. The role oversees a team of 15–25 staff across first, second, and third shifts, driving safe, high-quality bakery production and on-time results.

You will coach and develop team members, enforce GMPs and food safety standards, and collaborate with maintenance and quality to resolve issues while maintaining clean, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production staff in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen foods experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
