LRSolutions, LLC is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. This on-site role leads a team of 15–25 production employees across first, second, and third shifts to deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals.

This hands-on leadership opportunity offers growth within an established supervisory team, with coaching, shift planning, and collaboration with maintenance and quality to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead employees and manage performance.
• Experience with food manufacturing environments and GMPs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
