Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit seeks a Security Site Supervisor to lead a team of Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites. You will ensure adherence to post orders, complete rounds, file reports, and coordinate with authorities in emergencies.

You will coach staff, conduct training, manage payroll data, and help ensure coverage across posts. Strong customer service, a valid OH license, and retail experience are valued for this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.
• Must have valid OH driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and others at client sites; ensure post orders followed and reports filed.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; meets with employees to document actions.
• Trains Security Officers; reviews post orders and assignment details with subordinates.
• Assists in payroll and personnel information submissions to the company.
• Ensures adequate coverage of posts and positions; prepares and submits reports.
• Meets with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality service.
• Performs supervisory duties including interviewing, training, planning, directing, coaching, and hiring recommendations.
