Job summary

Allied Universal in Culver City, CA is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee Security Professionals on remotely managed accounts and ensure continuous on-site coverage. You will work closely with Operations Managers to supervise remote service delivery and maintain client site standards.

The role involves conducting regular post visits, training new staff, handling after-hours escalations, and ensuring professional image and post order accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of professional-level experience in security.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to write clear reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform day / night site visits to inspect and supervise Security Professionals.
• Address escalation of after-hours calls to ensure coverage at customer sites.
• Coach, counsel, train, and manage relationships with SPs with Operations Managers.
• Visit assigned posts regularly to monitor performance and update post information.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees assigned to posts.
• Respond to client or site emergencies and coordinate with branch/HR.
