Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a shift supervisor in Culver City to oversee on-site security operations. You will coordinate service delivery and serve as the main link among the site supervisor, account managers, and officers.

The role emphasizes coaching staff, maintaining quality, and applying strong communication and crisis-management skills in daily duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• HS diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Knowledge of operating procedures and instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for driving positions.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test required.
• Ability to handle crises calmly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.
• Act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and security officers.
• Supervise staff on the assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowered guidelines.
