Allied Universal is hiring an on-site Site Supervisor in Culver City to oversee security operations, manage staffing and training, and ensure contract compliance. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with opportunities for career growth and ongoing training.

The candidate should be at least 18, able to operate security equipment, and pass required state trainings. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company vehicle.
• At least 18 years old (21 if armed).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact with the public and work in a team.
• Detail-oriented with good written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations, including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training.
• Ensure training and screening elements required by the contract are met.
• Minimize overtime per AUS guidelines.
• Regularly assess service quality and contract compliance on shift.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security post orders as needed.
• Provide input on personnel actions for supervised staff.
• Respond promptly to client requests.
• Issue emergency notifications as required by post orders.
• Direct and train subordinates on duties and processes.
• Recommend disciplinary or commendation actions as needed.
• Suggest productivity and cost-reduction improvements to management.
• Advise on security surveys and post orders.
