Job summary

Securitas USA in Kentucky seeks a Security Supervisor to lead Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites. You will ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed, and you will coordinate with management to maintain coverage and high service levels.

You will coach, train, and evaluate staff; assist with payroll and scheduling; and maintain strong client relationships to meet security requirements and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Security and Supervisor Experience
• High School Diploma or GED required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of security operations and supervision practices

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client sites; ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees and document actions.
• Train Security Officers; review post orders and assignments with staff.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission as designated.
• Coordinate with management to ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepare, file, and submit various reports and inspect posts as scheduled.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality customer service.
• Conduct interviews, orientation, training, and performance appraisals as needed; hire/terminate recommendations.
