Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers and other personnel; ensures post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; meets with employees and documents coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Trains Security Officers and reviews post orders and assignments with subordinates.
• Submits payroll and personnel information as designated.
• Ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions; prepares and submits reports.
• Meets with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide customer service.
