Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead a team of Officers at client sites and ensure adherence to post orders, scheduling, and reporting.

The role emphasizes coaching, training, and maintaining high safety standards while delivering excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will manage payroll inputs, coordinate with management for adequate coverage, and liaise with client representatives to meet security requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client sites to ensure post orders are followed and reports filed.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; conducts coaching and disciplinary actions; documents actions.
• Trains Security Officers; reviews post orders and assignments with subordinates.
• Assists in submitting payroll and personnel information.
• Ensures adequate coverage of all posts; coordinates with management for staffing.
• Prepares and submits required reports; inspects posts and outlines tasks for subordinates.
• Meets with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and deliver quality customer service.
• Performs supervisory duties such as interviewing, orienting, training, planning, and directing work; may hire/terminate per policy.
• May perform the duties of a Security Officer as needed.
