Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is hiring a Security Shift Supervisor to oversee Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites.

The role focuses on ensuring post orders are followed, rounds completed, and incident reports filed while maintaining high service standards. Applicants should have at least a high school diploma (or GED) and 2 years of related security experience; prior leadership experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of related security experience.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and staff at client sites and ensure post orders followed.
• Coach, discipline, and meet with employees; document actions.
• Train Officers; review post orders and assignments.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submissions.
• Ensure adequate coverage of posts and submit required reports.
• Coordinate with client representatives to meet security requirements.
• May perform some Security Officer duties as needed.
