Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking an experienced Security Site Supervisor to oversee Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites. You will ensure post orders are followed, rounds are completed, and reports are filed, while notifying authorities or clients in emergencies.

You will coach and discipline staff, train personnel, review assignments, and assist with payroll submissions. You will also ensure adequate coverage, prepare reports, and liaise with client

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. with 2 years related experience.
• 2 years of related experience; retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of supervisory practices and ability to coach and discipline staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and others across client sites; ensure post orders followed and rounds completed.
• Coach, discipline, and meet with employees; document actions and outcomes.
• Train officers; review post orders and assignments with staff.
• Assist in payroll and personnel data submission.
• Ensure adequate coverage of posts and positions; prepare and file required reports.
• Inspect posts; brief subordinates on tasks and responsibilities; meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements and service quality.
