Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Raleigh, NC to oversee a client site during a specific shift. You will supervise security officers, coordinate with the Account Manager and Field Ops Manager, and ensure delivery of high‑quality services.

You will coach staff, document incidents, and communicate with site leadership and client representatives while maintaining a calm, professional on-site presence. Supervisory security experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs.
• Must be able to read and understand operating procedures.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record and driving experience.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required pre-employment.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and provide coaching and discipline within empowerment range.
• Coordinate between site supervisor, Account Manager and Field Operations Manager.
• Act as liaison with client site leadership and security officers to ensure service quality.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently and maintain safety on site.
